Thanksgiving Point Dinosaur Museum

We as a family decided to go the Dinosaur Museum during th $2 Tuesdays in August. Tegan had lots of fun even though it was crazy crowded. We will have to go some other time, but I am not pleased with the price. Tegan loved this part

Thanksgiving Point Farm Country

I jumped at the chance to take Tegan to the Farm Country when Thanksgiving Point had their $2 Tuesdays in August. I went with my friend Tay and her son Sean and with Stefanie and her kids Anna and Aiden. Tay Sean Me and Tegan

And somehow I didn't get a pic with Stef. The battery in my camera decided that it was "exhausted" about halfway through the trip. Darn it!

Big Boy Bed

We took the plunge and got Tegan a big boy bed. I was happy that I found it on KSL for only $15 with a mattress. Tegan has done so good in it too. He occasionaly gets up and plays but I am totally fine with that cuz it lets me sleep longer. He will sometimes not get out of bed and will call "Mom" until I come and open the door and he will run and greet me with a huge hug. The best hugs of the day! Exhausted after the whole ordeal lol

Boise Trip

Well it was a fun trip to Boise. David camped with his Dad and brothers for 5 days (supposed to be 7 days but the weather didn't agree). My mother in law helped me make a quilt for Tegan and an apron. We went swimming, boating, and went to the nature center. We also visited the Ford family. Of course didn't get some pictures, I really need to get better at that. We are sad that we didn't get to see all of our friends and family...maybe next time. It was a hard trip for Tegan. He didn't sleep well or eat well. Resulting in an extremely cranky child. He threw the bigges fits...I didn't know that a child could be so tired. He was very happy to be home and in his own bed. And I was happy to get back to a schedule again. We love going on trips but it is really hard for Tegan. Hopefully it will get better so we can enjoy ourselves a little more.

New Mexico Trip

As some of might have read our New Mexico trip was not as enjoyable as I was hoping for. But we did have some good moments including my cousin Kaycee and Tyler's wedding. It was a beautiful wedding. I also was able to spend time with a childhood friend from elemtary school. But I forgot to take pics and I am so extremely sad! Thanks Afton for hanging out with us! siblings with Grandma Penrod

I am super behind....as you probably have noticed! I am going to try to get caught up but it is going to take a lot of time so bear with me. I finally got a new computer and have been trying to figure out how to get the pics loaded on here now that I finally have I can get started. But I have been busy doing doing posts here and here.
